Reading again and again some sociologists analysis in Europe, Asia and USA, it is common sense to consider (hope) that this pandemia will impact positively our society. How, When, How we still do not have a single idea... but some ideas and suggestions could be helpful.

The main responsibilities and triggers of this world crisis reveal the lack of collective responsibilities and consciousness, education, solidarity and the excess of individualism, politicization or "businessization".

We also learn about humility facing the Nature cruelity, the counterparts of beeing a global society, the fact that money, law, regulations, systems and infrastructures are not strong enough to control and deal with these situations.

What you will do personally for implementing a better world?

Since I published 2 years ago, my personal philosophy "Choose the world you want to build", I received a lot of comments and questions

So I will not tell you what You will do, but sharing what I have already done and will probably reinforce, perhaps it will give you some ideas how to positively impact our society for more sustainability.

As we change easier thanks to crisis, I implemented some new behaviours to change the world I am living in.

lack of collective responsibilities and consciousness, education, solidarity and the excess of individualism, politicization or "businessization".

Collective responsibilities: I did not wait for external support, governmental help. I took my personal part of the guilt and try to set up a new way of living and working with my friends, colleagues and customers. I consider that it is easier to change my personal universe instead of trying to change the whole world (I have a lot of experiences and experimentations that proved me that changing globally is almost impossible, but doing it at a personal level you can positively impact the society)

Consciousness: I did realize that my goals were not exactly aligned with my daily life and actions. Moving to central america in 2013/2014, of course, I already started to change my prism of valorization, deciding what was good or not for me on a different way. But this crisis brought me the opportunity to go deeper inside my personal reality and give more sense and meaningness to my actions and dreams. This process is daily iterative and never-die process

Education: as you have perhaps read in a previous post, I am committed into Education projects for a while (2006 - Shared vision about the future).

If I had to give a priority to my new goals after this crisis, for sure I will pay more attention and work harder on that dimension. In 2018, facing this terrible crisis in Nicaragua, I saw that thousands of talented architects and engineers were suddenly jobless. I decided to build a new business Bimdesk providing BIM Services. I had to train and educate from scratch a new team in a desperate situation putting my last savings betting that educating these guys, hoping that I will have a positive social impact. I was right and wrong. I succeed into the education program, but I failed to explain to the customers outside of the country, that not everything was about pricing, we had people behind the scene that we had to rescue.

Solidarity: even if I am entrepreneur and consultant for years, I am not a millionaire because I am too generous and human capital oriented. What I will change for sure is that I will keep being generous BUT selecting differently person, people and minds to share with them. Sharing but with people and minds that are really well-oriented.

Individualism: WAOU what a big deal, fighting against the human DNA, decades of education (even centuries), always running for more, sharing less, killing the next generations... I think that I will still keep a part of individualism but on a positive way to protect myself and my family from threats and aggressions of the "poor-mindset-people". Then I will try to balance this trigger by developing my projects about education with solidarity and meaningness.

Politicization: I can't really do nothing about that because I took a personal decision more than a decade ago, to give up political activities, because I discovered that the majority of this community were corrupted intellectually or financially or both. But for sure, I will try to work around the civism of our citizens to be more responsible and vote to get on board some representants who really care about people concerns and opinions... not sure it will work, but let's try.

"Businessization": for years now, I stopped running 15 hours a day as I used to do just for money and more money. At a personal level, I learnt how to feel happy without money and goods and create a balance between dreams and needs. I will keep working this way giving priority to happiness inside of financial richness. At a second level, I will try to manage and drive my business projects creating more social positive impact, and keep just enough money to sustain the ecosystem...
