Social Impact driven

When we started BIMDESK, located in Central America, we were conscious that Social Impact will be our driver. So we have set up a BIMSOCIAL program following the IRIS 4.0 metrics


  • Community Service Hours Contributed (OI8429): our employees spend 10% of their working hours offering free services for Social Housing Projects and Green Energy programs 

  • Operating efficiency (FP8569): using technology and crowdworking offices

  • Staff incentives (OI4953): regarding social and environmental trainings



  • Employees transition rate (PI4924): promoting the internal promotion via virtuous certification curve

  • School Enrollment (PI2389): Students become certified employees

  • School fees (PI2718): Employees receive after a year a bonus to participate in different softwares trainings
